Electrical Installation Works:

Preparation of Shop drawing to obtain Building NOC, Getting Electricity, Power Energization and Final Handing Over to the customer for all type temporary and permanent connection.
Load Modification/Additional Load approval from DEWA for all type of premises.
Internal Electrical Installation Works such as house wiring , fixing of switches, sockets, flex outlets, isolators, distribution board, main distribution board, capacitor bank, meter cabinet and earthing system.
We have experienced team and resources to pull power cables from indoor to outdoor in trench/duct.
DB & MDB dressing, termination works and testing and commissioning works.
Installation of Cable Tray, Trunk and supporting system.
Street Lighting Works for RTA Roads and Internal community roads.
Tunnel Lighting Works.
LV, MV & HV (Upto 132KV) Cable laying, slewing and diversion works including excavation and backfilling works as per authority standard.
Construction of Road crossing duct bank, laying of 132KV trough and cover slab as per authority standard.
Insulation of Solar panels for private villas up to large commercial complex.

HVAC Installation Works:

Installation of Split & Decorative AC and Package Type AC.
Installation of Exhaust Fan and Fresh Air Handling Unit (FAHU)
Ducting Works (PU & Metal )
Annual Maintenance of HVAC Works.

Public Health Works :

Obtain Water connection from the authority.
Installation of internal water supply lines for private villa, residential and commercial premises.
Installation of Drainage System including pipes, manholes, final connection for private villa, residential and commercial premises.
Fixing of sanitary and kitchen wares in bathroom and kitchens.
